Knock-down rebuild of a three-storey house with elevated pool and mountain views. The design brings serenity to the spaces through plenty of fresh air, daylighting and the indoor-outdoor connection. This is an entertainer's paradise The design and construction deeply considered sustainable materials and solutions. Utilising North & East aspects, concrete floor slabs, double glazing and eco-friendly earth wool insulation to minimise heat loss/thermal gain. We source a wide range of premium, NCC-compliant materials including windows and glazing systems, cladding, tiles, tapware, joinery, cabinetry, interior finishes, and custom furniture. We only work with certified manufacturers we trust.

Can I use Blufern Sourcing even if I’m not building with Blufern Construction?

Absolutely! Blufern Sourcing is available as a standalone service for homeowners, builders, architects, and designers looking for smarter, globally sourced materials.

How does pricing work? Is it really cheaper?

We operate on a transparent, commission-based model. You receive direct-from-factory pricing, delivered on-site — often 40–60% below Australian retail — with no margin stacking or middlemen.
