Knock-down rebuild of a three-storey house with elevated pool and mountain views. The design brings serenity to the spaces through plenty of fresh air, daylighting and the indoor-outdoor connection. This is an entertainer's paradise The design and construction deeply considered sustainable materials and solutions. Utilising North & East aspects, concrete floor slabs, double glazing and eco-friendly earth wool insulation to minimise heat loss/thermal gain. The house is also provided with a 5kw/20 PV panel solar electricity generation system. All material sourcing conducted by Blufern team.
